Professional Coach Hire + Club Trainers
Challenger can provide your soccer organization with qualified and trained International coaches throughout the spring and fall seasons. Challenger has hundreds of coaches who can either be rented for the season, or who can provide professionally run training programs as an add-on to the club’s current coaching structure.

Challenger can provide your soccer organization with qualified and trained international coaches throughout the spring and fall seasons. In some instances, this can be extended to a year-round contract. We have hundreds of coaches who can either be hired as part of your club staff, or who can provide professionally run training programs as an add-on to the club’s current coaching structure. These contracts can range from short-term assignments at the start/end of a season to year-round longer-term options.
Our international coaching staff live and breathe the game and are available for hire as Trainers, DOCs and Age Group Coordinators to run weekly practices, or become a head coach of the team. Our coaching staff will share all their expertise and experience with the players to maximize their potential. We strive to become key role models, positively impacting each players’ skills and lives.
Challenger staff can also deliver in-house Coaches Clinics and Coach Education, mentor and provide support to all of the current organization’s coaching staff and provide formal assessments of coaches.

Next Level Training
Aimed at players who want to advance their individual skills. Our coaches offer professionally organized practices focusing on individual techniques and skills to fast track your player’s game to new heights!
Next Level Skill Leagues
Many of our partner clubs do not run year-round league programs. This program is administered, coached and refereed by professionals from Challenger with one training session and one game a week, focusing on individual technical development in a small-sided environment.
Holiday programs
When school’s out of session, Challenger is in! Our holiday programs give families of school-age kids the opportunity to bust the boredom and continue developing soccer skills. Parents have peace of mind with our qualified staff, who support players to become their best in all dimensions of development.
After school programs
Get ready for fun after the final bell! Challenger’s after school programs promote an active lifestyle, improve soccer skills and encourage confidence and socialization in school-age children.
One on One Training
Challenger’s coaches can provide professional one-on-one training to improve specific elements of a player’s development. Working alongside your club’s schedule, these sessions are customized to the needs of the player, focusing on technical skills.
Player Evaluation and Tryout Support
Players who want to stand out at tryouts may wish to have an independent evaluation by one of our trained coaches to identify areas for improvement. This assessment can be the first step in a player’s pathway to their best season yet! Alternatively, let us come in with an unbiased and impartial approach to run your tryouts!
Futsal programs
No matter the weather outside, an indoor futsal program can bring additional player development and revenue to your club or organization. Players who participated in futsal found it helped them develop incredible foot skills and quick decision-making.
Challenger futsal coaches help your players learn and practice these specialized skills along with teaching them about improvisation, creativity, ball control, and small space passing.

FUNdamental soccer
TinyTykes introduces soccer skills to preschoolers aged 2-5. Challenger's professional coaches develop young players through sessions using storytelling, games and music to explain soccer concepts.
