Positions Available:  Regional Training & Development Specialists in Sacramento, CA & Baltimore, MD

Job Duties:
Develop and conduct in-house corporate training for employees and external training for corporate clients, including youths and young adult soccer players, youth and adult coaches, and adult volunteers.

Manage and coordinate meetings and events, including clinics for in-house training, corporate client training, and development of client's players, coaches, parents and administrators.  Meetings/clinics will be practical and theoretical in nature.

Meet corporate clients, following board meeting protocol and decision-making formulas in order to enable the clients to best serve its specific membership.  This area of responsibility will be a format of strategic planning and implementation for the development and direction of the client's programs.

Manage the process of evaluation of the clients programs in a post season format to enable the client to evaluate and amend the direction of the client for future development.

Manage employer staff in their use and implementation of employer's soccer instructional training manuals and materials, in both in-house and external training programs of employer.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in sports, with a minor in business or management, or its equivalent; soccer/international football coaching certificate or license.  Must have proof of legal authority to work in the United States.
