Challenger Sports are the largest soccer camp company in the US and Canada and this year will offer both short and long term opportunities for over 650 coaches who want to experience living and working in the United States.

Challenger recognizes that the success of the British Soccer Camp program is due in no small way to the thousands of coaches who have worked for them over the years. Now, Challenger wants to make it even more attractive for coaches to come on board and to be a part of the growth of soccer in the USA!

All prospective staff must complete the on line staff application form.
fly out to the USA in June or July and work for a 5 - 12 week period, returning to the UK in August. Summer camp coaches work on week long camps in a new community each week, arriving each Sunday where they stay with local families and work Monday through Friday before travelling to their new location on the following weekend. Summer Camp coaches typically coach three to six hours each day. The timing of these sessions can be morning and afternoon or morning and evening. Each group of coaches is overseen by an experienced Camp Director. more info
have the opportunity to work for 5 to 9 months in the USA. They have the option to fly out to the US in the spring (February - April) and work until mid October/November. Alternately they can work the summer as a camp coach and then stay out to work as a CCT until Mid October/November. CCT's work primarily in the evenings and weekends with specific clubs and teams and work on developing these teams for a whole season. more info
